Poor girl also arrived sick and was coughing/sneezing all over our entire session (and myself), and when I came home from my appointment I shortly got sick as well. I'm happy to say I've found this place! Easy to get to, right off the highway in Gatineau, not to far from downtown Ottawa. Great service, clean place and friendly staff. Massage was great, I have shoulder problems and they paid good attention to them. Staff seems well trained and they provide insurance receipts. As the massause is literally standing and using her feet for pressure. With the help of over head rails. This style can apply pressure like nothing else. And yet can be very light depending on the problem area. I've also had the hot stone massage here. For relaxation and loosening the muscles it's great. I'll be adding this to my regiment also. Ashiatsu sounded new and different and I gotta tell ya it rocked my world. Nicole is a total pro at what she does. You can tell how an RMT touches you their level of experience. Nicole is the real deal. Her feet worked out kinks , knots and crooks at a deeper level than any other standard massage. I feel like one ashiatsu massage equals 3 regular massages. I was so happy when I left to be free of aches and pains. . I cannot recommend Nicole enough. But good luck getting an appt she is in high demand :)
