Heidi Alton used great care in listening to and in eliciting all the details of my wife's issues. She carefully explored many potential diagnosis and resolved into a plan - all in an unhurried and friendly manner. I wish docs were as thorough AND, as competent. She spent about 3/4 of an hour and the proposed tests were carefully targeted and justified. Honestly, I'm so happy we came here. Docs could learn a lot from her with her care and attention to details. I also appreciated I could talk with the office instead of the usual doc office of 'I'll ask her/him to call you back' (maybe). PFP&W is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I liked the way my wife was treated so well, I filled out the paperwork on myself so I'd be a client - I'll need them down the road I'm sure.
