I asked you to send me three properties to review to see if you would be a good match, after I gave you specific details as to what I was looking for and you failed to send me properties with at least one of those details. When I received your email with those three properties, I responded and told you that the listings that you sent me were not anything that I initially asked you for. So there was no need to sign your rental agreement because I wasn't moving forward at that time when you couldn't seem to perform one simple to task. I understand how you need to try to turn the tables to make a negative review look good but I stick to the FACTS.
