My neighbor was locked out and her phone was inside. We called several locksmiths. Jody was the only one that answered the phone directly, not a service. We had asked other companies to give us a price to open the door, no one could give an exact amount. Jody told us the price. We had him come and he had the door open in minutes. It was 103 outside very hot and locked myself out of my house. I had called a couple of people first and could not get someone to come out right away as I was literally locked out of everything, car and home. I called Jody and they came out right away within 30 minutes. Showed up with masks and was just very professional and quick. Very reasonable rate. Jody is amazing! The back storm door wouldn't unlock, I thought I was going to need to replace it. I called, he was here in less than 30 minutes. It took him 2 minutes to open it, it was just stuck. He lubricated the lock and cleaned it up. He also did the front door! I was so thankful, I asked what I owed him and he said nothing, he was glad to help.
