I have a call log that goes back seven months in which I've tried to get an appointment or a referral to a liver specialist, and each time I've been told I will get a call back to set it up. Meanwhile I don't know if my disease is spreading or not. There is no sense of caring at all. After 25 years of going to TDDC facilities with the same doctor, I'm considering making a move and starting this whole process over again. I rarely complain on Yelp, but I don't know any other way to discourage people from going to this Southlake office.

Emma the nurse in PreOp, Dr. Karen Steffens, Maria the recovery nurse were all exceptional in taking good care of me. The anesthesiologist (I think his name was Tony ???) was also great; he and Dr. Steffens spoke with me prior to the procedure to see if I had any questions or concerns and put me at ease. This is an age where the office staff of all businesses not just medical professionals are putting as much distance as possible between them and the patients, Weber's staff is the worst. They don't listen before cutting you off...it was like they don't have time for you. Who allows them to get paid? Oh yeah, me making the appointments do...don't have a question that won't fit their limited script. If Dr. Weber was not so good...I would tell them to pound sand!
