The product was poor - very washed out. They tried to "fix" the poor product; however, they never got back to us, nor did they return any of our calls. Unfortunately we fully paid in advance with no recourse. I do not recommend them.

Mercedes had a perfect spot in mind for the shoot, she was extremely helpful instructing us with certain poses and action shots, and had a great eye for detail. It was my first time ever doing a professional photoshoot and I can sometimes be an awkward guy, but her suggestions and gentle direction made it feel like a completely natural experience. We got our edited photos back a few days later right as we were about to head home from our vacation, and me and my girlfriend were absolutely blown away at how good they came out!!!! We literally said to each other that we felt like professional models they were beautiful, our friends and family raved about them, and they memorialized such a perfect little moment in time. I'm SO glad we went with this company, the price was beyond reasonable and for the results we got, you'd think we payed wayyy more. We will 110% be using them again in the future

Also there was no assistance with poses, so in some photos there is awkward spaces between people in the group. All other photographers we've worked with would've asked people to move over or spread out to remedy. Ours simply pressed the shutter button.
