The issue was our photos were a gift for my parents (78 & 80yrs) for their 50th wedding anniversary. At booking I was assured that our need for easier terrain, would be easily accommodated. Being on the beach for us was not required. Our photographer assigned to us didn't have this information beforehand. I had to tell him the night before. He then took us to an area he didn't realize was under construction. My elderly parents had to walk over a large sand "dune", which was difficult and a little scary for my mom. Thankfully she made it without incident, but this is the memory that sticks out for her. Better communication within the company and knowledge of a variety of locations could have made this a better experience for my parents.
