I remember once, pregnant with my third child and with two toddlers in the backseat, being rear-ended on the Mass Pike by a Dodge Ram Pick-up on a Friday afternoon. Not only did the representative answer their phone right away, they were able to calm me down, walk me through the entire situation and ensure I proceeded in the correct manner to file the appropriate paperwork. The entire process went off without a hitch! I can't imagine my family using anyone else for insurance, but Benevento's.
