I didn't even get a horrible machine answering the phone, I was immediately answered by Nancy at Columbia Insurance and she said she could get me a digital copy of the form in 5 minutes. Then I was asked questions I thought was very intrusive and inapproiate. I feel like I was being set up for a theft. I don't recommend this agency. I felt uncomfortable with the questions. I questioned my friends, they said they weren't asked those questions for a quote. Living in Lynn most of my life, I don't think my instincts are that off.
