As soon as my son tried it on, the owner immediately dismissed the idea of tailoring it. Instead, he told my son--a teenager--that the blazer didn't look good on him, that it was too big, and that it didn't fit right. That was not only unnecessary, but also inappropriate. We didn't come in for his opinion on the appearance--we came for tailoring services. The owner refused to listen to what we actually wanted done and was very dismissive throughout the interaction. He claimed the alterations would be "too much" without even properly discussing options. He then started putting together what seemed like random, inflated prices on a calculator. At that point, we decided to leave because of how poorly the situation was handled. As we stepped outside, the owner followed us out and yelled, "You're mean and stupid." His behavior was aggressive and completely unprofessional. We felt uncomfortable and threatened. After I thought about it, I should have called the police. There is likely footage from nearby cameras as well. I also want to mention we were not rude, and we were very polite. **Careful everyone the owner will make a response and claim such things never happened at his establishment, like I just made up the whole thing for the hell of it, I would never write a bad review on someones establishment if it wasn't true!!**

With only days to spare before my wedding, I had to bring the suit back to Selvia to try again (big mistake). When she failed to fix her horrible mistakes, I was forced to bring the suit to a real tailor to attempt to fix the hack job performed by Dudley Alterations. The job was so bad that other tailors were laughing and appalled at her work. It was absolutely abysmal. I am currently waiting to see if the other tailor can fix the horrendous job done by Selvia at Dudley Alterations, but it's not looking good. To top it all off, when I demanded my money back for the hackjob, Selvia became extremely emotional- blamed everyone under the sun besides herself and refused to give me a refund even though I had to take the suit elsewhere to get fixed. $400 suit destroyed. Two tailors paid. Wonderful.
