I am so upset about the "service" I have received from this company. I had an accident in February they were recommended to my insurance company. I have so many complaints but i speak about their work first and the service second.The first time i took my car to them. They returned it without my Camaro sign, they messed up my door, and the paint job was also messed up see pictures. They asked me to come back so they could assess my car and after they looked at my car they asked me to come back Monday. I was also told it would only take a day to correct my issues. It took until Friday. When i go to pick it up Friday it is still messed up. They only put on the Camaro sign and did not fix the other 2 issues. I tell them that it's still wrong. They tell me they were unaware of them fixing anything else... and I'm thinking you just kept my car for 4 days just to put the Camaro sign back on. So they tell me they are going to keep the car . Monday afternoon i get a call stating that my car was ready and i needed to be there by 5. It was nooon. There was no regard given to my schedule and the things i have to do. Anyway I pick up my car and i don't see anything wrong on the side where there was damage so I took my car and left. I wake up this morning to see they damaged my bumper on the passenger side. This is the worst service I have ever received from any collision center. The service is also horrible because there were never any updates about your car just a random call at their will to tell u that your car is ready and must be picked up by 5. I feel taken advantage of because I am a woman and i pray this review prevents this from happening to someone else! I had several panic attacks dealing with this issue because as a woman they know you don't know so they try to take advantage of this. Please do your research before taking your car to places like this. I would give them 0 stars if I could! read more

I have never experienced a collision center that is so inflexible in their time to drop off a car. There is no after hours drop of, no before work drop off and not afternoon drop off later than 1:00. You have to drop off your car between 8am and 1pm, no matter the day or no matter how far out you schedule. When I asked the lady her name she hung up on me. Very unprofessional read more

Worst place ever. Took car and after picking it up i had issues. Second time got stuck taking my kids back during the summer, third time got stuck at work. 4th time they said it was wear and tear and they wouldn't fix. Really bad experience with this shop read more

they stole my items out of my car and then the only thing they could do was just say "sorry wasn't us.". my damage was done to the outside of my car, and I trusted them to be honest. take your car someone else, they deserve their rating for a reason. read more

BEWARE! The front office is super nice and very helpful, however they have some thieves that work for them. Shame on me for leaving 2 x $100 bills for emergencies and a stack of a few $10's, $5's , and $1's for tips in the storage bin hidden being the screen. Someone, with the key, had to deliberately raise the screen to look to see if I had anything valuable hidden back there. There was no reason to raise the screen to fix the scratch on my bumper so this tells me this is not a crime of opportunity, rather someone deliberately looking for valuables. To add insult to injury, the manager literally shrugged his shoulders and gave me a very curt, "sorry" after I had to ask for an apology. 5 stars for the workmanship, 0 stars for honesty and integrity. read more

BEWARE!! This company has THIEVES working for them. I took my car and forgot the loose coins and a $10 speaker out of my car when I dropped it off. When I picked up the car, the coin panel was ripped out of the dashboard. I went back and asked what happed. Andy came out and said he took pic and sent them to the insurance co. I asked him to look at the pic to see the panel was there. His response changed to he only took pic of the outside of the car and he would tell the manager and order a new one. I called to speak with the manager was told he went to lunch. NO HONESTY or INTEGRITY!! read more

Not bad with the quality of work they did on my truck. But if I leave my truck with them, I assume they have trustworthy employees. They literally went through my whole truck and took personal stuff from it. When I complained about it, I was told they couldn't do anything about it. Just make sure you take out anything you wouldn't want to go missing before dropping off your vehicle there! read more

Wouldn't recommend this location had so many issues with them. They failed to install the bumper properly and damage other pieces of my vehicle as well. It took them a month to properly fix everything.They cut a pieces trying to make it look unnoticed. Another issue I had with them was them losing a rental vehicle.They tried to play it off like nothing was returned. making it really hard to trust them with my vehicle.so the insurance helped me change to another Joe Hudson location because I couldn't trust them with my vehicle especially when they don't even know what they did with the rental that was returned to them and keys where given to them at hand. I hate that a foolish driver hit me but Joe Hudson's made everything else painless! They kept me updated through the whole process, contacted the claims adjuster so I didn't have to deal with the back and forth and it was awesome! My door was fixed quickly and I love that they have enterprise there so you don't have to go elsewhere to hassle with a rental. Brandon made sure everything worked right and was so helpful!
