My insurance company provided a list of several "chain" body shops in the area. Due to the sheer volume of cars damaged by the storm, these shops weren't even putting people on a waiting list. My father-in-law has been a loyal customer of Williams for many years, and he recommend that I at least call them. They were extremely helpful and were able to get my car in immediately. They handled everything, including getting the damage reappraised after Farmers initially cut a check for less that 1/4 of the actual repair costs. All of that was great, but the finished product is why I'm writing this review. The work was literally flawless. My car looked as good as it did the day a drove it off the lot with 6 miles. The interior was clean and there no signs anyone else had been in the vehicle. From start to finish the experience was excellent. The customer service and craftsmanship are both 5+/5. A few weeks after I got my car back, it was damaged again, although less severely, in another hailstorm. I bringing my car right back to Williams next week without a second thought.

The man that helped us today Bill confirmed that he heard the other man Frank give us the wrong info but no one chose to call back and correct their mistake, which in my opinion is bad customer service. Bill dismissed what we were saying and got really flip about it and said the only way we would get the truck is if we stopped talking about it! Then he told my husband to shut the fuck up after he proceeded to voice the fact he was not happy with the mistake...that is UNACCEPTABLE!! I tried to get the owners information to report him but he stated that info could not be given out I even called back to ask for a manager and was told there was no manager I could speak to! I don't no if Evelyn and Wayne Williams know that thier employees are rude to customers or not but they definitely need to be made aware and I'm going to make it my business to inform them! However I would like to give a shoutout to another employee who also happens to be named Bill for being understanding and kind and very apologetic for the rudeness that we encountered. I see he understands that he works with a very racist and bigoted man I hope he does retire soon so no one else has to encounter him!!

My "last" for life car..... and so I was very upset and being rear ended my an........ non-observant and distracted individual. We read some good reviews and decided to take our baby hear. Amazing experience! Enterprise rental on site: When we did the drop off, the gentleman that took in our car Manny/Miguel? (My hubby is horrible with names) Was amazing! He saw that we were turning in a premium vehicle and our stature; and was like you're getting a tiny compact car. Call the Insurance adjuster and get you a better vehicle. As we called he actually jumped on the phone and talk to the insurance agent and advise them that we were turning in a premium vehicle and we should get the same in return. And so we did, that was very thoughtful And made the whole transition a lot more comfortable. The repairs: Hector (? Again my hubby is horrible with names) was amazing, called us to tell us the date of completion for the repairs and that he would keep us up-to-date on the progress. He gave us a call every few days to let us know about parts being delivered, the Current status of the repair, and all of the details of the job. It was nice to know what was happening every step of the way. The aftermath: After we picked up the car it was literally spotless clean. I was so shocked to see that the car was super clean on the outside- I think they even waxed it! The mats looked brand new overall it just looked like oh my gosh our baby is back, even our leather seats had gotten a conditioning treatment. It was funny that we actually all remarked to ourselves that we felt that we had an upgrade after riding around in the "premium rental."We actually really missed our car and we're so happy to be in it thanks to the care that was put into it. Our experience was amazing and we would definitely recommend this place, and go again - hopefully it stays consistent and the staff is acknowledged for their great work!
