It was PROVEN the client lied and the insurance company eventually paid out what was owed to cover the cost of repairs caused by Ziegelbauer's client. This was the response 6 months later that I just received today (12-1-19). Clearly he doesn't go back to look how things went with his clients since this matter was resolved two months ago. I also left a review TWICE on his website that had been deleted both times....hmmmm....seems pretty shady to me. I'll pass on trusting this company.
