Kevin's first conversation with me was so positive. "We will make them pay for your deposit your trade in we will make them pay for your insurance and they will pay me". After that I was ghosted for days and weeks. Kevin's tone changed to telling me that "he's not sure if he has someone to handle my case" ..He never said that when he told me night one "don't contact another attorney or the dealership" a lot went on in between but then he assigned and arrogant attorney to handle the case. I was on my second back surgery, have severe neurological issues (for over 10 years) and was still being denied LTD benefits, from the SAME company that had been paying me my STD. I was a litigation paralegal for over 20 years, but had no idea what to do, or where to turn. My husband is also disabled and was nearly killed in a horrific accident in July of the same year.
