It's never his fault no matter how poor of a job he does. Charged me $75/hr for flooring only to show up and see his painter doing the flooring. Unbelievably squeaky floors. Aaron at A2 walked around the house and told us about their thorough process, and followed up with a very reasonable and very competitive quote. It took a little while to actually get the process going, but solely due to (very) hot weather and rain. We were 100% OK with this, because we wouldn't want to be painting outside in 90+ degree weather either! Soon enough though his crew showed up and got to work. They worked quickly and efficiently, and in just ~4 business days they were all done. For reference, we had A2 paint: entire house body (ranch, ~1100 sqft), foundation, all trim and all gutters from black to white, and entire garage (almost 4 car) and trim. The painters were also very knowledgeable in regards to what will look good and what won't. We were surprised that there were a few details we just never thought of (for example, the trim on our newer windows poked out from the house, and the painters strongly recommended that we paint the sides of the trim to match the house), and the painters had the experience to say "we think you should paint this piece body color, and this other piece trim color" - and it worked perfectly! When the painters were finished on the last day, they walked us around and did a thorough review of the house, which was really nice. We did find one or two very minor issues, which they promptly apologized for and fixed. Then they cleaned up and left the place as clean as it was when they arrived. Overall we are very happy with our new house colors, and the entire process with A2 Painters! Next time we need painting, we will be sure to go back to Aaron and A2.

Rod was our project manager, and I've included images below to showcase the quality of his work. According to Joey, Rod is "the best they have," but the pictures tell a different story. The work was sloppy, careless, and far from what we were promised. When we reached out to Joey to address the poor quality of the work, we were gaslighted into believing this was what we had paid for. We were told we didn't read our contract properly, that it didn't include sanding the walls, and even threatened with collections. To top it off, Joey casually dismissed our concerns with the comment, "even a pickle can set a pregnant lady off." However, when Nick evaluated the work in person, he confirmed that the quality was poor and agreed that everything needed to be redone. We paid nearly $5,000 for this experience. According to Tribble, they "made it right" by returning to redo the work--but that required as much time as the original project. We had arranged for the work to be done while we were out of town for convenience, but we were still displaced for two extra days, turning a two-day project into a four-day ordeal. As a result, we overpaid for subpar work, are now a month and a half behind schedule, and have endured unnecessary stress and disrespect, all for something as simple as having our walls painted. I'm at a loss as to how they could possibly think they "made it right." The final result is decent, though there are areas with uneven texture where they had to fix previous mistakes. We were told this was the best they could do. Will was the only one to offer a genuine apology and made a kind effort to address the issues, but that doesn't undo the frustration we've experienced. This has been the most expensive headache I've ever created for myself. What was meant to simplify our lives during pregnancy has instead caused a level of stress I can't fully describe. I'm left questioning the validity of all the positive reviews--our experience was the complete opposite. We will be using a different company for our futures projects. If it goes well I will update my post with recommendations.
