Then you find out they ordered things incorrectly, it has been five months over 40 emails and I still do not have my problem solved!! I have to continuously chase them to solve it. I had them install the whole job and their workmen were great - the whole job was done in just about one week. They have a little bit of everything...rustic, contemporary, glamorous, transitional...I personally would have liked to see more formal and traditional pieces, but I also understand that's not what's in style these days. But because they are a full-scale interior design firm as well as a retail storefront, they can always order or custom design what you want. They have great links to their suppliers on their website, as well as some great photos of their work. Their furniture and most of their accessories are reasonably priced; a few seem a bit high, but this is a small local business and not a big-box retailer. You're also paying for quality and it's a great place to find that unique piece that isn't just your standard mass-produced, made in China trinket. I have not used their interior design services; I'm only speaking for the retail store, but should you require an interior designer, I'd say this place is definitely worth checking out!
