First, she was NOT friendly. I was taken aback instantly by how she answered the phone. She was very short, curt, and abrupt through our very brief conversation. Then, I realized she is only an answering service, and if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I would have to wait 6 days until someone else returned to the office to call me to get my information (and who knows how long I'd have to wait to be seen after that). I've also had pain injections done by him. I can't say enough good things about his staff.
