Your appointment is confirmed and you are greeted by name, then escorted to the throne where you will be pampered, pampered to the highest tier. I went in for a head shave and beard trim/ clean up. It included a hot towel, pre shave oil, another hot towel, nice warm shave cream applied, straight razor shave, possibly another hot towel, a cold towel, rose mist and then after shave. After the beard trim the barber Alex applied beard cream to my beard and I left feeling very content. I say this because I have only enjoyed one barber shop experience prior to this and that was about 8 years ago. When I decide that I want to let someone else give me a shave and trim, this is the place I'll go.

I decided to give it a try. As this was my first time, I let their online booking system choose the person for me. Dasha did a great job. I recently had backsurgery and she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable at every step. She was very through with the shave and the facial at the end was great. I'll Certainly be back for another Shave with Dasha! Also, I bring my son here. He's 9 yrs old and loves getting his hair cut by Seth. He picks out a photo in advance and we show Seth what my son wants and Seth makes it happen! He's very detail oriented and has a great eye for style! I have also visited Seth from time to time and each time he nails it. We'll be using Seth again for sure! Overall, everyone here is very friendly, greeting you when you enter and wishing you a good day when you leave. They're constantly cleaning up the hair on the floor, so the shop always looks clean. I'll be right with you." Dom calls me up at 12:40pm. He seemed to rush through the haircut and shave. He spun me around so much it gave me whiplash. By 12:55pm someone else walks in, shakes Dom's hand, they shoot the s***, and Dom says "I'll be right with you." By 1pm, Dom says we're all set. He obviously wanted to be on time for his regular customer and rushed through me. I paid and left, never to return. I paid for a 1 hour session that lasted 20 minutes. Looking in the mirror, it was the worst haircut I ever got. It was comically uneven in the back, and they left plenty of hair on my neck. My wife even laughed when I got home. Luckily my friend was in town and was able to fix the uneven spots before a party that night. I had to shave my neck where Dom missed. The lack of acknowledgement when I walked in, the indifference towards the late call, the rushed uneven haircut and shave to take the next client on time, are all reasons I will never return. There was no apology and I felt like they couldn't care less. It's one of those places that only takes care of you if they know you.
