I have had a sandwich and their tender meals - both are delicious. We have stopped in Pikeville, KY, on a Sunday afternoon and the guy at the register has been great. Not only is he hospitable and welcoming, but I truly can see he cares about the customers. My only complaint for the Pikeville location has been cleanliness. We stopped, once, during a busy time and it was rather disheveled inside. The last time we stopped later on a Sunday afternoon and had a hard time finding a table without the remnants of others and their meals. I tried to wipe down a table with several napkins and it was sticky. If they kept this location a bit cleaner (the guy wiping down needs to wipe the tables and the seats) it would help.

Cashiers were super friendly and patient (remember our first time here). Pulled up and was told no shakes or fries were available. That was disappointing. So, didn't really get to have the full Pal's experience. Ordered the chili burger which was delicious and huge! Also got an unsweetened tea and a Mr. Enough (local herbal drink). All were good.
