They are quick to take your money not so quick to stand by what they sell. My wife has an electric bike she cannot ride until Specialized figures out a solution. We are now one year in without a bike. I am calling Specialized and considering legal action against the Bikeshop. Buy your bike anywhere but the Bikeshop.

We were immediately drawn to Laurie and her amazing customer service. She was very understanding of our time constraints and provided us with a map and key spots to visit while we were riding bikes along the Bow River. Unfortunately, 15 minutes after we left on our bikes, we were stuck in a terrential downpour. We ended up stranded at a restaurant until we decided to brave the rain and return the bikes. Laurie offered to let us make up our time if we came back on Sunday. We did just that! We had a great ride and really enjoyed being able to see more of the city by bicycle.
