And, it's like right around the corner from our house. The frustrating parts about Stetsons are the music and the DJs. Specifically, on Saturday nights when the place should be absolutely packed and vibing, DJ Beatdoctor comes on during the live band breaks and just ruins it all. Honestly some of the live bands we've seen have been awesome so no shade there, but when the band playing country music takes a break, play different genre songs to get the crowd out on the floor and having fun! Usually it goes: live band country - DJ comes on and plays a line dance - then he plays some cumbias - then he plays country until the band comes back on. Yawn, yall. Every once in a while he'll play some 80s and 90s dance songs but even then. I feel like I could play my Spotify playlist and get the club jumpin jumpin (shoutout Destinys Child) Is it a music royalty payment issue? Maybe switch up the DJ on Saturday night? I haven't been any other nights so I can't speak to that, but, I feel like Stetsons could be so much more! Let me help you!
