They have a food counter that advertised sandwiches, pizza and ice cream, however even at noon the day we were there, there was not one working in that area. They have some really cool little displays, a cool old since set up with the soap area, there is a few boats set up inside and an old truck, the bathroom area looks like a cabin. The far section of the store is a boutique with all sores of female clothing, and boots. There is everything from cheese, canned goods, beer cave and a wine tasting area to try the local bourbon and wine, but again it appeared that was not opened. After placing and waiting for our order we discovered that your "restaurant" doesn't cook but only prepares your pizza. The woman working in the restaurant refunded our money but this detour kept us from having time to bike in to downtown Clinton to see the sites and find food there. "Make and Bake" suggests that you do bake your pizzas. "We Make it, you Bake it" would communicate the reality of what you have to offer better but the best bet might be to not list yourself as a gluten free restaurant so people can find places that actually prepare and cook food instead of going out of their way to be very disappointed as we were.
