Completely agree with the review below…read more They are indignant when you ask them to complete something you've paid them for. They are vague when they will help...if they do ever get back with you. Their work is rushed, full of excuses and incomplete.

When I was finally able to make contact, I received an invoice from Stanton, not a proposal, quote, or estimate with a scope of work, but a literal invoice. This invoice also required a 50% deposit upfront, and then per Stanton, work was scheduled "first come, first served". An invoice, no estimated start date, 50% upfront, no scope of work, with the invoice containing items excluded from the scope discussed and missing important items needed to complete the job. When I wrote the scope and asked questions via email to Stanton, he responded with short, angry, clipped answers: "We gave you a quote for total install. I am not going to mention every detail, shims, screws etc. I will look this over later." Additionally, he stated he would cancel my "quote" if I lacked faith in his ability. I never questioned his ability, only asked for clarification on the scope. Of course, his only focus on two pages of questions was "shims and screws," which revolved around door installations and was a simple yes/no answer. The question was only even made because he noted on the ENTIRE invoice, "Customer to supply materials excluding baseboard!" This is a buyer beware. The written contract/estimate/quote, and even invoice, is your legal protection. Stanton was not willing to state the scope of work, or work with this customer on assuring the scope was accurate and complete.
