We were also charged a dispatch fee. Neither the dispatch fee nor the travel charge were disclosed when we booked the appointment. This resulted in about $167.00 padding on an already hefty bill. The client, my mother, is a frail senior on a fixed income. Bilking seniors is not a good look, A-1. Oh, and showing up to a job drenched in cologne (I believe it was patchouli, to which both my mother and I are allergic) is decidedly unprofessional.
