Quoting process was very thorough, and we went over almost all options possible. Pricing was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive based on a few quotes that we got. So from my experience you get great value for the service. Scheduling is mostly where my experience was missing that 5th star. Change in scheduling happened about 3 times and so you'll have to be a little flexible because during material and labor shortages due to covid, I'm assuming this where the challenges are. Installation was mostly all clean and went smoothly without any unforeseen issues. This was in about 4 parts: inside unit and compressor one day, outside and inside and basement lines one day, electrician assessment quick look one day, then actual electrician and final turning switch on. There was a very minor issue that we ran into a couple of weeks later but they were able to resolve it within 24 hours at no extra cost. (Covered under warranty)

Keith arrived on time and quickly determined that my regulator valve could be bad, causing excessive water pressure. He was very professional in explaining his reasoning and options for cost effective repair. I received a repair quote by text within minutes and he made the repair. The cost for parts and labor seemed fair to me. I was also given recommendations on additional repairs and improvements to my system.
