Had to have the pump in my basement bathroom pump-up tank replaced. While the job was eventually…read moredone, there were a number of problems. First, the tech misquoted the pricing (three times) on his way in - by several hundred dollars. I found this out being handed the bill on his way out the door - 'I made a mistake'. When taking the tank apart, broke most of the PVC connecting to the septic tank. It was all replaced, so I guess I got some of my money's worth, but they were unable, for some reason, to remove one of the tank cover bolts, so they just spun the cover around on that one bolt. We won't know until warm weather if they were successful in properly sealing everything back down. The entire area around the tank (my utility room) ended up literally soaked in septic tank water. The removed pump was deposited in the middle of the floor. (At one point, they wanted to walk a bucket of vaccumed up septic water through the house to dump it in my upstairs toilet.) There was no care taken to protect carpet in the process of removing any of the old (septic) materials out of the basement. There was no effort made to dry or disinfect the utility room at all. The second reason for the call was a clogged sink drain upstairs. We provided access to the cleanout downstairs. When the pipe was finally snaked, the resulting black clog coming out of the cleanout missed a waiting trashbag, and was deposited on the carpet, splattered in a living area. There was no protection used on the floor at all. The tech said, 'I sprayed cleaner on it, it will dry with no stain'. It took me personally two hours plus of cleanup work to remove the mess they left. I also spent another hour or so disinfecting the utility room. With their own photographs for evidence, I still had to make a number of calls to get the attention of their office manager, who finally agreed to a small refund to cover my time. This ended up as a bill of around $2000. Although the work was 'performed', apparently the concept of customer service has been abandoned in our current culture. I couldn't help feeling like they thought I should have had no complaints. I had a bunch, and frankly the $250 compensation off the final bill was still insulting. Overall, a horrific experience - I would not recommend this company to anyone, for anything, thanks.

Unfortunately it turned out that we needed a whole new faucet, but again, Alex came the same day we called, installed the faucet, and replaced the valves under the sink. I know...it makes no sense. Which is why the convenience of having dependable local businesses is so highly celebrated here in NH. And that's where Vitalii comes in. So, Vitalii is actually a man. One guy, that I know of...who has claimed a business here on Yelp in his own namesake. Turns out, he is Ukrainian, which is a bonus for those of us who want to show our support for Ukraine. Whilst English may not be his first language, that doesn't stop him from performing his tasks to the utmost professional level. You see, I have a gas dryer which I am in the process of replacing at the time of writing this review. Only problem is...the gas line running to the dryer must be disconnected before anyone can haul it away. Since a lot of places won't touch a gas line with a 40 foot pole without proper licensing and/or the temerity to license their own employees to do so, I had to once again scour the four corners of Yelp to locate someone that could. 10 minutes later (just as advertised), Vitalii responded to my query with a quickness that exceeds even that of The Flash's bombing at the box office (too soon?). His task was to disconnect the gas line from my broken-ass dryer and cap the open lines thereafter. He completed all of this within the same amount of time that it took to answer my query. AND....he was able to arrive on the same day of said request. It's worth mentioning that I had originally been given a much longer ETA (of about 2 weeks) from a competing company I normally do business with; hence my hasty search. Not to mention the 75 bucks I just saved going through a smaller repair shop. That's it! Job well done, in and out, just the way it should be. I have zero complaints about this guy. In the days that followed I also experienced an outage of my Navien tankless hot water system. I contacted them in the morning, they were at my home in the early afternoon to evaluate the problem. They worked with the technician from the company to get my problem resolved. The Navien company overnighted a part to them which was helpful since the system went down again the following night. Once again, they responded to my home within a very short time.
