On my move date, my movers accidentally brought things to Irving that should have gone in storage. We took my things back to the storage, and my key broke in the lock. I was very tired from a long day of moving. Juan made the situation all good!! I knocked on the door for the property manager. Juan came to the door, I explained what happened and he did not hesitate in helping. The movers tried to remove the key, and were unsuccessful. Juan came to my storage and got on his knees, while pushing the key from the back to free it from the lock. It did not happen, so I had to return some items to the garage, where I moved from. Juan stayed and tried to free the key, but could not. He called me later in the evening to let me know he could not get the key removed, but he will notify his manager. The next call was Juan telling me a new lock was placed on my storage door, after they had to cut the original lock. I really appreciate how Juan handled my situation. The boxes were high quality and not the junk you buy at the big box stores and they give you discounts for buying 10 or 20. The Penske truck was great. A very clean truck that ran great and even had a liftgate on it that made moving our appliances and heavy furniture a snap. Loved it. Beats the heck out of those guys with the old orange trucks. LOL Customer service was top notch. Mike took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed and was very professional. If we ever need storage we will go there!!!

My unit was clean when I moved in, and I felt like the area was secure and well lit, which made me feel comfortable going there even later in the day. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. There was one time I was late on my payment and they were really understanding and worked with me, which I really appreciated. They also made my move-out process very easy and smooth with no issues. Overall, this was a stress-free experience and I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone needing extra storage space.

After almost 2 weeks of waiting for a scheduled appointment for delivery and thousands of dollars spent on multiple containers (plus site preparation and labor paid for our people being made available for delivery assistance) Josh.. at J&J container services decided that we were "unreasonable " when we asked for better communication on our delivery day and said that although we had paid for the delivery... and his driver and truck were "at the yard awaiting loading" that he was going to cancel our delivery because we dared to tell him we weren't pleased with their communication with us. When we told him he was costing our business time and money and that we'd let others know what he'd done (apparently out of spite) Josh THREATENED To sue us. ... Always call to see if there are discounts. They sent me a 10% off coupon on my birthday (always nice). When we moved in it was hotter than the devil's oven, but the owners were kind enough to keep running us bottles of cold, fresh water. Think Southern hospitality is dead? Not here!
