She refused to make the situation right and told me to leave because she wasn't going to do anything. First of all, it took them 6 months after my business was open to actually install the sign. Less then a year later, I noticed red line appearing on the LED sign. I immediately contacted the owner and sent photos of the sign. He said he will contact the company, and that was last time I heard from him. Since then, I contacted the office, sent numerous texts and emailed them, but received no response from them. I had to hire an attorney in order for them to respond to me, and still they don't take any part on responsibility on their job- telling me I have to contact the LED company myself. The sign is getting worse overtime, and now complete letters are missing. I contacted the LED company and Deer Park Sign Shop has mixed up my serial number with another company's sign. This is harming my company's advertisement and costing me more money in attorney fees. If I could, I would give them NO STAR. Beware of hiring them.

I had another company put a sign up for me (ADS) which cost 7,000 dollars...the sign was installed…read more2014...Letters kept falling off...they did come out and repair them 2 or 3 times...again I had another letter fall off and they wanted to charge me almost $300 to reattach the one letter...of course I said no....called this company and they came right out and repaired my shotty sign...todayI look outside and three young men were on their ladders fixing another letter that was falling off...without even being called...they are an awesome company...oh and they only charged me $75 for the first letter and $40 for the second letter~ Great company and very polite staff!!!
