Dr Tepp has been our parental coordinator for 5 years. I am very disappointed with how he has…read morechosen to handle our co-parenting situation. I chose him based on his educational background. Things seem to start out ok but then my sons mother started to book sessions with him separately from our sessions together. This was not supposed to happen according to an agreement we had. When questioned about this, Dr Tepp became angry (?) and demanded that he knew best and we were not to question his authority. Can you imagine a doctor acting like this? He seems to have a "God" complex. After over a year of seeing my son's mom only in sessions, it became clear that he was bias toward one parent (probably because this is where most of his $$ was coming from) and, most importantly, he was NOT acting in the best interest of my less then 6 year old son which is exactly the reason we hired him. While he has some knowledge in child psychology, he has ZERO interest in fairness and fathers rights. He has made very damaging and inappropriate remarks in sessions and basically has encouraged NONCOMMUNICATION in our co-parenting situation rather then encouraging us to roll up our sleeves and work on communication, cooperating together, and co-parenting for our sons sake. If you want to try to get along with your x partner and you want the best for your children as far as encouraging communication and fairness, and you want a nonbiased mediator, I would NOT recommend Dr Tepp. I am writing this review so that other single parents trying to co-parent and do the best they can for their children do not fall prey to this expensive and bias doctor.

Was looking for a Doctor in this area, first I called to make an appointment and the girl answered…read more"spectrum" I asked if this was the psychiatry office and she said "yeah" After i asked for an appointment she gave me a date, but did not ask me for any of my information (I could hear her participating in a conversation with someone laughing in the background) I asked if she needed any Info to make the actual appointment she said what's your date of birth? I told her and she confirmed a time. As she rushed me off, I said excuse me which location will I be going to? She said Poughkeepsie and hung up. I called back to find out the address and doctor name and a different girl picked up and said she didn't know why I thought I had an appointment because I'm not in the system... she told me no one there makes appointments and to call the 485 phone number for intake. I called the number and left a message. My returned call happened a few hours later but I was informed there's no appointments until next month (which is fine) and that my first appointment will be intake. After all this confusion I decided not to go here. I sincerely hope the doctors find out how their staff handles the calls. I've worked in the medical field a long time and this nonsense would've gotten someone fired.

Five stars for my providers, two for Spectrum itself. I found two wonderful, wonderful providers…read morehere who I am very happy with and trust very much. That being said, the administration end of this business is AWFUL. I've been double-booked and overcharged more times that I can count. They need to get their act together big time. If you just keep your receipts when you pay and make sure to double or triple-confirm all of your appointments ahead of time, you should be okay. It's not the most convenient thing in the world...but doing this has allowed me to see wonderful clinicians who I would follow anywhere, so I've made my peace with it.

Working with my life coach has been truly transformative. From the very beginning, I felt heard…read moresupported and understood in a way that made it easy to be open and honest. Harrison's guidance helped me gain clarity confidence, and a much deeper understanding of myself and my goals. What sets him apart is his ability to listen without judgment, while offering thoughtful practical insights that actually lead to real change. I walked away from each session, feeling empowered, motivated, and grounded.-with tools I could apply to myself. If you are looking for a life coach who is compassionate, insightful, and genuinely invested in your growth, I cannot recommend Harrison highly enough. This experience has been invaluable and I'm so grateful for the positive impact it's had all my life!

Working with Harrison completely changed the way I understand relationships…read more What stood out most was his Parts Method -- it gave me a fresh, practical way to see relationship dynamics without blame or confusion. Instead of labeling things as "good" or "bad," I learned how different parts of myself show up in relationships and why certain patterns kept repeating. I also purchased the course Harrison created, and it was extremely helpful. The material was clear, structured, and actionable -- not just theory. His very precise protocols helped me analyze previous relationships in a calm, objective way, which brought a lot of clarity and closure. Right now, I'm intentionally in between relationships, focusing on raising my self-esteem and nurturing myself so I can attract a healthier, more aligned partner. Using Harrison's frameworks helped me see that this phase isn't a setback -- it's actually a powerful foundation. I genuinely believe the insights I gained could be the catalyst for attracting a better partner and building a connection I can stay grounded and connected in long-term. If you want a deeper, more honest understanding of relationships -- starting with yourself -- I highly recommend working with Harrison.
