I am a baby when it comes to dental work, so never going to say it is amazing or anything, but I was pretty happy here, when all was said and done. Dr. Burr is my dentist, and I have seen Dr. Hopkins, their contracted oral surgeon, as well. Both have fantastic bedside manner, and once they start, are quick to complete the appointment. My GPS did not do a stellar job directing me here. The office is between Noodles and Company and Café Zupas, and locating those other storefronts is probably the easiest way to find them. Prices seem to be in line with other dentists. The interior of the office is bland, but clean (and I really have not been to a stellar medical office since I lived out East). Even though it is a bit out of the way for me, and there are roughly 38 other dental offices closer, I will likely continue coming here.

It was incredibly frustrating. This office took me seriously right away. They listened to my concerns, identified the issue, and fixed it quickly. The relief was almost immediate, and I am finally starting to feel norma again after over a month of migraines. This follow up review is being written after receiving the bill for the work that was performed. During my initial visit when x-rays were taken and future procedures were discussed, the lady that spoke to me about the billing said that she had determined that my insurance would cover all of the dental work to be done and that "good news", I wouldn't have to spend a dime out of my pocket. After receiving a bill for $650.00 I called the dental office and that's when the back pedaling started. I was not told about the possibility of charges that might not be covered but that I was responsible for investigating the coverage (valid point if I hadn't been told that my coverage had already been investigated) and that I should have read some policies that are on their wall somewhere. In conclusion, if subsequent charges are of no concern to you after billing discussions, then by all means visit Copper Ridge. If you are like me and don't like surprise bills after being assured that you will have no money due at the end of services, then Caveat Emptor.

It meant that I wouldn't have to worry about being billed later. I specifically asked the receptionist if this was everything that I would owe, to which she answered affirmatively. I then clarified, asking a second time, "So you are saying that I will not be billed anything in addition?" To which she once again answered affirmatively. It was upon those terms that I agreed to hire their services to fix my son's tooth pain. Unfortunately, they choose not to keep their word. They fixed my son's tooth, and we left their office. Eight months later, an officer showed up on my porch, demanding in an aggressive tone that my children get me. My poor children were frightened to death. This officer served me with papers, telling me that I had a court date, that I had ten days to respond, and that if I didn't, I could be arrested. I was informed that the reason for this rough treatment was because I was being sued by West Jordan Endodontics for 'failure to pay.' The documents that I was served with, falsely claimed that WJ Endo had left me multiple voice messages. I don't even have voicemail! However that didn't keep them from falsely claiming to have left messages to the court. They also claimed that they had mailed me invoices. I never received any. They went from agreeing on a price with me, to sending the police to my door with no middle ground. When I called them, the same receptionist flat out told me "I am not going to negotiate with you. It is not my problem, it is your problem." These are not people who are honest. They are not people who are true to their word. They are not people who will keep commitments. They are people who will falsify legal documents, in order to come after you. They are people who will go to extreme, over the top lengths to come after you. They are people who, even when they are in the wrong, will refuse to talk to you, in order to solve the problem, and will instead say that it is "your problem" and not their problem. I suspect this is a pattern. I notice another review from two years ago had a very similar experience. How many others are there out there who they have also done this to! Buyer Beware!

He would let me squeeze his hand if anything hurt & he would stop. Which was much appreciated, coming from a scared little kid at the dentist. The office is clean, well-kept, affordable. His hygienists are top of the line, kind people. I don't hate going to the dentist when I come to Jackson's office. Jodi, the receptionist, is one of the coolest people. I will always drive to West Jordan for this dentist! Thanks for the great experience over 20 years!
