I waited for an unconscionable 90 minutes past my appointment time without a single word of explanation. The only redeeming factor in my entire experience was the dentist who assisted me on my first visit. She was kind and professional. I called a day before my appointment to follow up and got the answering machine during business hours. My call was never returned so I blew off the appointment. To this day, I haven't heard back. I cannot recommend this dentist at all. The office dates back decades and lacks modern upgrades. Customer service was lackluster. Amazing this continues through 2025.
