Careless Careless Careless. Took my boat M&M Marine to be sold on consignment. I asked Jeff if…read morethe boat could be stored inside as I did not own a cover. Jeff said that "he would see what he could do" and mentioned that he had an old cover if it did have to sit outside. I called every 3 weeks to check on activity. After almost 3 months of no luck we agreed that I would come get the boat and try to sell it in a different area. When I arrived I learned that the boat had been sitting next to a grain bin with no cover on it. The brand new interior was filthy. Under the seats there was standing water and grain bin filth. My new life vests were covered in black mildew. Then I collected my paperwork and learned that my spare ignition key, my glove box key, and my surge brake lockout insert had been lost. Then upon hooking the boat to my truck I learned that the brake breakaway cable had been drug. The hook apparently caught on something and was straightened and when this happened it pulled the breakaway cable out of the housing in the wrong direction and tore the sheath from it. Jared was polite but pretty much shrugged it all off. I questioned the fellow in the shop and his response was "I'm not going to stand here an argue with you" and walked in to the shop. I scrubbed my brand new interior over and over again and got it back to a 9 out of 10 condition. Thanks a lot M&M.

Do not recommend at all hired for my sons case he was 16 and looking at a lot of jail time she did…read morenot fight for my son she did not stay in contact the state had literally no evidence against my son they admitted so in court yet she still had my son take a plea deal instead of fighting for us in which the whole case could of been thrown out same case after son was on probation he violated it (by not going to school) we then went with a public defender and the public defender did more for us then Fagerman did public defender ended up getting charges dropped and my son taken off of probation and not have to do anymore jail time as he already had to sit months in a detention center while fagerman was supposedly fighting for us all of her evidence I got for her basically I did her job for her. She was very rude when I asked why would I have or allow him to take a plea when they had no pure evidence ( I went over all discovery papers ) I don't think she did at all . Her reply was "u hired me if you think you know the courts better then I guess you don't need me anymore but u hired me to tell you what the best outcome would be " and was going to walk off of the case in the middle of court ( this was after the judge asked the state what evidence they had that the crime had been committed and they stumbled through there papers and finally said they didn't have anything mind you it was past the speedy trial 90 days as well so if she was so good she would of fought a little harder I literally waisted 6 grand for her to do nothing and in the end the public defender did what she should have done in the first place not to mention every court date she came to she was dressed like a slob did not look professional at all what so ever when met her I couldn't believe she was a lawyer did not have a good first impression by how she presented herself at any of the court dates, hair was always mated and looked unbrushed . Definitely don't recommend unless u want to throw your money away you would be better off representing yourself
