This time, it was Min who blew me away. I appreciated the time he took to inquire about my typical haircare, treatments, and habits of care before even putting a scissor blade to my hair. He also took my hair-based Pinterest board closely to heart since he created a cut that closely matched what I'd wanted. Throughout the appointment, he took the time to share spot-on observations about my hair and scalp, along with tips for optimizing my tress health. It wouldn't be an overestimation to liken his expertise to that of a hair doctor. By the end of my appointment, I not only had one of the best hair cuts in my life; I also walked away with tons of styling and haircare tips. Will a cut here cost a premium? Yes. Will it take a little longer than your neighborhood salon? Possibly. But if you care about getting an expert cut, you couldn't get any better than Min. She was very nice and friendly. Offered me a tea, hanged my coat, and lead me to the seat. I Showed her the style I wanted and it came out pretty good. The only part I didn't like was they wash my hair prior to my cut instead of after. So I had to go home and washed it again because all the cut/loosen hair was in between.

From the outside, it's easy to pass by it. It's small looking, and tucked in a corner. It's right next to my old favorite donut place that closed down. From the inside, it was nice and clean. Everyone was busy when I entered, but there was a wall of products calling my name. Any place that sells Moroccan Oil is automatically somewhere I like to be. They also had bagels and beverages available to customers which was great after a long day at work. For the stylist, Rick did my hair. He was super friendly, sarcastic, knowledgeable, and caring. He was very attentive and talkative which I really appreciated. I didn't feel like a stranger. He talked me through color options, hair cut options, and why's for each thing. What I left with, is exactly what I wanted. He left the length I wanted, and the color was spot on. He double and triple checked his measurements to ensure all was perfect. Something I really enjoyed was his color application. For the first time, I didn't leave the salon with dye on my face and ears. It looked natural and not obvious. I bought some of my favorite products, and I was on my way. Just wanted to say thanks again. I'm looking forward to coming back in for my next visit.

I even lived out of state and would fly home and be sure to get my hair done by Lisa!
