I was told he wouldn't be in for a few days (non specific). I continued to call on them and finally started the quote in February when I got the agent in the office. We had a price quoted but never got to bind the coverage as he said he would be out to look at the house which never happened. I continued to reach out to see if he was going to be out, and still all the way up into March no play. A few days before my policy was to terminate I am going with another carrier, and contacted the agency again to inform of this egregious misconduct. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the lady on the phone started acting like she was senile and had no idea what I meant about professional misconduct. I tried to probe and find if the agent was really that busy or if he was lazy and nonchalant. I could not possibly imagine if someone had to make a claim with this agency's behavior. I lost my return of premium to ignorance and incompetence from this group.

A lot of the stuff that used to be included is no longer, and you have to kind of know how to play the system to get the most out of it which I think for 94.7% of people is not a really good plan.
