When I applied for coverage online, they gave me a prorated rate. Since insurance companies can electronically check your driving history, I expected the quoted price to be accurate. Instead, in the second month they sent me a notice saying my policy would increase. The following month, they raised my payment by almost $150. I decided to cancel, but when I did, they told me they had taken a prorated amount from the second month and added it to the month I was canceling. Because of this, I didn't receive a refund for the full amount I had already paid. None of this was stated in any written document--only explained verbally after the fact. Avoid this company at all costs.

Jeremy really worked hard to get these policies for us, especially since one was for a "high risk" driver. They are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure things so smoothly and as easy as possible. I talked to her (Dawn), and she said I never told you that she lie, then after 2 months she was no longer with Brown and Brown and after that I talked to somebody named Andy and he told me there was nothing he could do for me. He said you should read the policy and the policy is about 45 pages. but if she told me ( i meand Dawn) you need to reed the policy or call insurance my self I probably would have done that but she told me there was no penalty and no fee so I just went by what she said because she works for Brown and Brown insurance
