Absolutely the Best Neorosurgeon in New York by far. I had a Mocrodiscetomy performed on 07/30/19…read moreand before the surgery I couldn't stand the pain. To the point where I couldn't even pick up my 2 year old daughter without crying in agony. After surgery I felt like a new Man. Sure there is Pain after surgery, that's to be expected...but nothing near the Pain that I was in. Dr Egnatchik is an amazing Surgeon and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone experiencing Pain in the Legs or Spine. Thanks again Dr Egnatchik and his Amazing Staff!!!!!

Ok - easy to find, plenty of free parking and a nice waiting room - they even have chairs with…read morelittle tables for filling out the medical forms you will need to do once there! The receptionist was extremely friendly and nice - and the wait was extremely short considering we had only made the appointment hours earlier and were being squeezed in! The nurse who took the information was as pleasant as could be - made us feel MUCH better, but Doctor Guterman was incredible. He made me feel so much better - the way he talked - his laid back mannerism - his questions - I felt like I was in the best hands possible and I was going to get through all of the issues easily! Though I am not finished seeing this doctor or this place - I'm very happy to give the entire place and staff my 5 star approval! Anyone with an aneurysm issue should seek out the best - and Guterman is top notch!

My niece was admitted for a blood infection last Thursday. She went two days without food - and…read moreonly got food because I called the cafeteria to get her some. They apologized and said they were short handed. She has been feeling better for several days, and has been told she was going home "tomorrow" for the last three days. They said they needed to run a certain scan before they would release her and apparently it took three days to do it. It is now Friday, scan was done yesterday. She thought she was getting out last evening, and then they promised her today she would go home. Now they told her insurance has not approved her home health care, and she won't be going anywhere - Monday at the soonest because insurance company won't be able to approve it until next week. This poor 41 year old has stage 4 cancer and two small children at home she hasn't seen in over a week. I've called to talk to medical director, the CEO, her doctors and left messages. No call back at all! This place has done more harm than good for all of us.

Every time a loved one comes here for care, the room-mate is a dementia patient who becomes delirious and sets off bed alarms All. Night. Long. Realistically, this is outside the staff's control, but it's not outside the Board's: Other hospitals have reduced the number of rooms to improve the patient experience for those who are not demented (and need rest).

So we were a little skeptical at first with this hospital. Unfortunately grandma fell while…read morevisiting Niagara Falls and we wanted to get her hip x-rayed. Someone suggested this particular hospital so we drove from Canada into the Buffalo New York area. At first looking at the reviews we were hesitant however we decided to proceed forward. The staff as you enter the hospital was very friendly. They came out to the car and helped us get grandma out of the backseat of the SUV. The Hospital was not busy so our wait times were low, they moved her into the back and got her all checked in. We immediately went to x-ray and again the staff was absolutely wonderful. The nice young man who used to be a paramedic was very kind and helped with the anxiety and fear that grandma head. At the end of the day thankfully grandma's hip was not fractured, we were given a copy of our x-rays and we will head back to Southern California and follow up with her primary doctor. When you read all the negative reviews please make sure to take a look at what they are really complaining about. Most people are complaining about the time delay while waiting to get checked in. That is how it is at most ER's and I don't think it's fair that you write a negative review about how long the wait time is , it really comes down to how many people are sick and injured. We were very lucky and there was no one ahead of us so we were in and out in less than 2 1/2 hours. If you go to the ER and there are several people in front of you you're gonna have to wait and that is not the fault of the hospital.
