I am a diabetic and would not trust my eyes with anyone else. Dr. Becker was patient and kind. He always had time to listen to my concerns. Everything that was great in Dr. Becker (he retired) is also great in Dr. Selliyan and Dr. Pfeiffer. I recently had cataracts removed and they went out of their way to reassure me that the procedures would be quick (10 Minutes) and I wouldn't feel a thing (I didn't). The staff was incredibly helpful, explaining what the insurance would cover, what the aftercare instructions would be and were patient with me during my follow-up visits.

Since my other eye won't be ready for years for cataract surgery, I wanted a contact lens; who would have thought that I would have to pay for a piece of paper to get the prescription, plus an additional doctor visit fee. As another patient had stated, they are only interested in making money not looking out for the individual patients.

May 22 I had an appointment with the full eye exam. Since I was last there (and they did find my earlier eye appointment situations), my eyes have not changed. Bill in the eyeglass department was great and the younger blond woman at the front desk but she eventually left. Then we tried the Watson location since it was a bit closer to our new home. This was a very different experience: the office staff not as friendly or personable. Chloe was terrific but wasn't always at this location. It just keeps going down hill here, unfortunately. It boggles the mind that they keep the same front desk staff who refuse to smile and don't look or act like they want to be there. It's all gloom & doom in there now.
