I've tried to make an appointment in the past that was over a year and they wanted to bill me a fee as a "new patient" since it had been over a year. I also was billed for an office visit 2 years after the date of service. You need to accommodate at least 1 1/2 hours for an appointment. Based off the combination of these things, I've decided to find a new doctor, it is yet to be determined how quickly I'll get my records.
