I contact the business office. They explain that it was an error in the billing system and that they have refunded the difference between what they took and what I owed. Meanwhile, they over drafted my account causing me to lose over $100 dollars as a result of their negligence and the only thing the business office says is "Sorry". When I said something to the professional I was seeing, who went to higher up, I was informed that the owner/CEO said they are unable to reimburse my overdraft fees. It's not that they are unable, they just refuse too. I have since cancelled an future visits, which I desperately need. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS PRACTICE. THE OWNER/CEO OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ERRORS THAT THE PERSOMA PC BUSINESS STAFF MAKE NOR HOW TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS THEY CAUSE.
