I just got off the phone with a billing specialist and the head of the practice and they were very…read morenice about it - seems like I was billed partially incorrectly and also they switched computer systems so I didn't get bills. Honestly, it sounds like if you start NOW you won't have these issues. But if you were there for the changeover there may be some. But they were pretty chill on the phone. They also said they don't want their billing people to talk so curtly with patients, which was nice. So find a nice therapist there, but keep an eye on their web portals/billing. -- Old review: Their billing and customer service is atrocious. They cannot provide me with an explanation of why I have only received one emailed bill from them after being charged close to $300 in copays I didn't realize I was accruing. No explanation of their billing cycle, no apologies, just a repeated insistence that I pay. I have also have had to ask twice to see a complete itemized bill of my services, the bill they sent me is incomplete (something saying "BALANCE FORWARD" - but I never received a previous bill from them) but still expect me to pay it. I am still waiting on them to send me an itemized bill. I believe doctors offices are legally required to send completely itemized bills? Seriously, go somewhere else with a clear-cut billing department that can answer questions and actually send email or paper bills on a regular schedule. I'm literally not sure if this is legal, I have asked them if I consented to not receiving paper bills when I signed up for their online portal but no answer - which leads me to believe they don't know the answer to that question or I didn't. I've literally never had this issue with a doctor's office before. I have also repeatedly asked to speak to someone higher up in the billing department to share my concerns (or the head of the practice) and have no way of knowing if that request is being taken seriously. Just radio silence and emails that just say I have to pay the amount. Super, super, super weir

I attended mostly (with the rare exception of when i was out of town or whatever) regular session for about 2 years after my father passed (i'm 28 now, and was turning 26 when he passed) to process my grief and other matters. Sessions soon turned to further combating of my anxiety demons and these were as equally helpful for me. My therapist was a phenomenal therapist who really "got it." However, i dock two stars for the following: in early December of last year, a week of my going was skipped due to his being out of town, but we scheduled for the week he would be back. I show up for my appointment, wait 30 minutes and there was no sign of him. Other office staff did not know where he was and I could not reach him (he had since given me his non-office number should i need to reach him directly to reschedule after consistently calling me from it if we had not scheduled prior to a trip out of town of mine). I waited a few days, called the office during after hours and left a message; still no response. It has now been 2 months since i have been in there. While i'm in a mentally healthy spot and am good to go, I feel like I was abandoned as a client and not given good closure. I have tried calling back recently both during regular business hours and not and the result has been the same. My information has been gathered, but there has been no call back. This is client abandonment at it's finest, sadly.

I have had previous experiences w the center that were totallly positive. this morning not so much!…read more I was scheduled for an endoscopy by a really great NP Lisa. staff had trouble accessing a vein. no problem as I have lousy veins Except I lost my place in line. had a long wait in a really cold room. no one checked on me till surgery was ready. after I was returned to recovery. the doc popped his head in said how are you and left after throwing what he called "my paperwork " on a chair. no explanation from him or a nurse on the instructions in the paperwork. which included instructions to get another exam. do I get this from my GP? call on my own? why do I need it? really jarring experience

Just say if you dont want to drive out of the city this far you slandering swine. By the way, there are multiple PT, OT, and nurses daily coming for both my parents, weird how none of them have ever said there's feces everywhere or reported us either. The receptionists 1st question was: Do we want him medicated or do we need to have him seen by a therapist? 1st of all, we are not the experts and to medicate a child without diagnosing them would be in my opinion grossly negligent. When we did get an appointment, we were told by the Therapist (S. Clayton) that we could not get an appointment with the psychiatriist because they were booked and we need to call our insurance company and find other options as they could not help. She also told us that she could not help by talking with our child because in all her 20 years of experience (which seems to be none in my opinion) that is a child did not talk on the 1st 2 visits then they were would never open up and talk to them. What about building trust and a relationship with the child. This therapist is not qualified if she gives up and no child would ever trust them. The place was only interested in talking if there were no real problems as they are not equipped and we needed to deal with the issues. She did not want to put herself out there and she in my opinion needs to find a career outside fo the public sector. She also made recommendations to us for services that she could not back up as assiting the patient. When I ask her if these services were able to assist, change behavior, support an overall change in the child, she told she wouldn't know that answer and couldn't answer. So she recommends a service that she has no background data on and doesn't even know the statististics on whether it works and produced results. This is not exclusive of this provider. No one wanted to go above and beyond as they feel these children are out of their realm and they in my opinion don't want to be bothered if there is actual work involved. No one wants to deal with the REAL mental issues and if someone would take the time to actually take and interest in these children and not write them off as a lost cause then we would see a turnaround in their behavior. No teacher, neighbor or even friends want to get involved. Everyone wants to look like a hero but in reality no one wants to be the stand up person if there is nothing in it for there. Don't go this place and if you are only looking to talk about the weather then you are good with these places . Make sure you don't leave in an area that is only concerned about appearances and the good kids.
