The facility itself is old, smells moldy, and the furniture is "icky". The receptionist isn't friendly. 2 stars, not one star because the nurses for both procedures were cheerful. The bill for the procedures for service performed June 2nd 2025, was sent to me on March 11th 2026. When presented with my dissatisfaction the Dr. and the District Manager cared less. I had an ingrown toenail that had become so bad I had to have to taken out. So I found Dr. John Northrup an all I can say is he is amazing. I was so scared an nervous about the shot in my toe and cutting it out the whole procedure. But he made me feel so much better. He explained everything and assured me that nothing would hurt not even the shot an I wouldn't feel a thing. Well he was absolutely right! I felt nothing at all. An the whole Procedure was done before I knew it. I couldn't believe how easy he made it. He then gave me my after care paper work and I was in my way home. I can't express enough how gentle he was and made me feel ok. I highly recommend him for all your feet needs. He is definitely the best. A the office staff has always been very nice as well.

They had about 10 tables and not one person was on a table. Everyone was doing exercises. I complained on my third and fourth visit, and my 5th visit I finally got manual manipulation for 10 minutes from a PTA. I never returned . And it was a shame because the PT Lauren was very good and gave me a good exercises to do at home, but it was as if they are above the patient and won't even touch my surgical area?
