He hit a blood vessel while doing my under eye botox to the point it bruised me so bad for 3 weeks that people asked if my husband beat me because it was so large and dark purple. I understand Bruising might be possible but the extent of this bruise was so insane. I'm a nurse and work with many doctors and they all confirmed he hit my blood vessel under my eye yet he argued with me that I was the reason for the bruise lmao. The staff there saw the bruise immediately after before I even left the office. He has over toxed me so much that I can no longer smile or laugh because my face won't move. I attached pictures of my before and after smile. I also broke out so bad after the laser and I never had acne prior. I drove an hour each way every other work trying to get this issues resolved and all he did was spend 2 minutes in the room telling me to buy more products. That was his only solution to everything. He had me buying products (almost $200 each time) that even his own staff told me he started me on too soon which caused my breakout. As I sat in his chair crying, waiting for him on multiple occasions, even his own staff vented to me about how I'm not the first person to complain even though he wants me to believe I'm his only unhappy patient. Imagine spending over $10k just to be more self conscious then before your surgery and having to cancel plans and back out of being in a wedding party because the doctor botched you so bad and his only solution is to yell at you and be defensive. He takes no accountability and his work online is altered as people's after pictures magically removed birth marks and other markings on peoples face even if they only had an upper blepharoplasty. During my consult he made me believe the laser and lower blepharoplasty would take away my under eye wrinkles and the redness which were the man reasons for my surgery yet in the office he yelled at me acting like he didn't say that. Why would I have paid all that money to then have to have under eye botox to correct what the surgeries should have? I could have gotten these same mediocre results with just a facial at a spa. I am not done, I will be spreading awareness about this doctor on all social media platforms. If he doesn't want to make it right and refund his horrible job, I will make sure people see what kind of practice he runs. She could see there was no one at the front desk. She started insulting them and told them to go wait outside. She was so strange that they left and came out to the car without conducting their business. I went back in to see what was happening and there still wasn't anyone at the front desk. The provider stepped out and started talking about setting more appointments but I wanted to know why my children were chased out of their doctor's waiting room by some crazy woman. The provider said the woman wanted them to sit down and wait opposed to standing at the front desk. She asked me to call back and report the woman to the manager because she had no control over the people in their waiting room. I called but the office manager was high strung and making excuses for what happened. They did refund our money for the last appt we didn't set but it was not the full amount. They struggle with computers and payments and make excuses for that too. This was not the professional, calm experience we expected from a drs office. I think this office is geared towards vanity services and product sales and not actual patient care dermatology. Lesson learned. We will not be back. Rhinoplasty Review Issues…read more I am horrified by my overall experience and result. During my consultation, I explained that my main concern was that the tip of my nose appeared too large and round. The consultation felt rushed, but I moved forward with surgery trusting Dr Tyrone's expertise. After my rhinoplasty, I called the office twice while my cast (which was just tape) was on because it felt extremely loose. I offered to come in to have it checked, but the nurse reassured me it was fine. When the cast was removed, it was barely attached to my face, and the nurse even commented that it was the easiest cast she had ever removed. As swelling went down over the next few months, it became clear something was wrong. The tip of my nose remained very large and pointed/crooked and one nostril began collapsing, my nose ran constantly, and I developed a noticeable lump on the outer nostril that did not resolve. When I raised concerns, I was often met with brief responses such as "that's odd" or told it would go away. A steroid injection was done to try to shrink the tip but that wasn't helpful. I noticed that the nasal bones at the top of my nose were protruding outward, causing VERY visible divots along the bridge and a very flat and bumpy appearance across the bridge. The bones that protrude outward are causing an inverted V shape on my nose. The tip of my nose is also noticeably crooked and my nostril look completely uneven. All of these irregularities are very noticeable, painful and very obvious. Instead of addressing the structural and cosmetic issues, Dr. Tyrone suggested placing filler in my nose for $400 to camouflage the mistakes. I obviously declined. I sought out two separate second opinions from other surgeons. Both confirmed that I was left with an open roof deformity and an inverted V deformity due to over-resection of bone. These are structural complications that are noticeable and painful and unfortunately, I may not be left with enough cartilage to fix my nose unless a surgeon harvests cartilage from elsewhere. Dr. Tyrone offered a revision surgery ONLY after I mentioned that I knew I had serious issues going on. He seemed annoyed. Unfortunately, for a revision, he quoted me nearly half of the original rhinoplasty cost, with no assurance of correction. I was told he could "try" to rasp down the sharp edges, but there was little confidence expressed. He said my nasal bones are comparable to a greenstick fracture. He said there's a lot of risk in revision and he wasn't very encouraging as he doesn't offer revisions. Due to financial limitations, I was essentially dismissed. I asked the woman working at the front desk if I needed to be seen again, as I was being seen every 2 months for a check up. I was told I would be seen again if I proceeded with revision surgery. I saved for years for this procedure. I am now left with pain, visible deformities on the center of my face, and no resolution at this time. I wish I had done more research before proceeding. Personally, I would be ashamed keeping someone's money and this be the outcome. Not only that, but if I went through with a revision surgery, I would be paying nearly half the cost of my original surgery. Please take your time, do multiple consultations with different surgeons and make sure you feel fully heard before moving forward with any surgery. My advice, please don't go here.
