Great honeymoon; everything seemed fine at the beginning. This was for a personal "Offer in…read moreCompromise" case. But, when they had a call with the IRS scheduled, the call dropped along with our project and they never called the IRS again. We found out about it through a very nice IRS rep looking into the status of our case. They were very attentive and receptive at the beginning, when asking for money in order to start working on the project. Once we got to this stage of the project, their meeting with the IRS, they abandoned it saying we had to pay more money in order to proceed. I don't recommend working with them.

*****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***** You will absolutely get scammed out of your money. Companies like…read morethis are predatory and take advantage of people down on their luck. They dont have a concrete billing policy and want you to give them thousands of dollars up front. I paid these people $10,000 and then they wanted me to give them another $5,000 literally just to wait to hear back from the IRS. When the a**hole John kept calling and asking for more money I didnt even bother answering. To put this into perspective, an ACTUAL attorney will require a retainer and you will get an itemized bill so you know exactly what you're paying for. Here's the kicker. I had a call with an IRS officer who said that they had their company as my power of attorney but a POA has to be a person not an entity. Then come to find out that after taking their advice nothing had been done on my case. Apparently nothing was ever sent to the IRS so now it looks like I was doing nothing about my tax issue. I talked to an actual tax attorney who said I would be better of negotiating on my own so that's what I ended up doing. If you have tax issues just call the IRS directly and talk to them. These people do absolutely NOTHING that you cant do on your own. They have no pull and they are not actual attorneys which was what I thought they were when I first signed on. Im willing to bet that the positive reviews they do have are fake. The one written by Gigi G absolutely sounds like it was written by AI or a marketing firm. "After a few years of running my business, I began to experience severe business financial tax trouble. I found myself facing an enormous MOUNTAIN of tax debt tied to my business." You cant tell me that doesnt sound fake.
