He, in my opinion, has a drug and alcohol problem. He was erratic, sweaty and shaky every time I saw him. He also tried to get me to pay $3,200.00 for the stenographer report. It is always between 3 and $700.00. It gets better. He then cons my wife out of $5,000.00 stating he is going to use it to make a deal with the court clerk. My wife was so nervous and distraught about me going away for a case I should've won that she complied. He played on her emotions and robbed her. He is terrible. If you want to go to prison, use this guy. I have filed a formal grievance against this guy and found out it is his 3rd formal grievance. He is a thief, a liar and a total fraud. The cop's claim was bogus and I would have loved to drag him into court to testify against my video evidence and show he lied, but court is unpredictable, I'm not even sure the cop would have to attend, and it wasn't worth the risk or my time.
