The only reason he called me back is because the Law Guardian called for an emergency hearing. When we went to court for the hearing he wasn't prepared to represent what happened even though I supplied him with evidence which would have helped my case. 4. After firing him, he refused to send me my file unless I paid him a final bill. Once I did, the file was so small that my new attorney was shocked and mentioned that I should sue him once the case was over with. Luckily for him, I didn't.
