They'd had rogue fire alarms that day that put them behind. I understand. But you had my phone number to remind me of the appt., you also could have used it to call me and tell me you were running late. The second, was the reschedule in which I'd be first that day. Unfortunately, that had to be rescheduled b/c she would not be in that afternoon. However, I would be scheduled second that day and not have a wait time. The third and last appt., I again waited 20 minutes. When I asked about her schedule, there were 2 people ahead of me and they were waiting for a room. So, it's already 20 minutes, and it will be at least another 20 before she sees me, so again, almost an hour wait. I asked the receptionist to explain to Dr. Baker, this is why she lost my business. If they cannot maintain their work calendar, or support their patients with a phone call, I have serious concerns about their ability to support me after surgery.

I went to Dr Antiporda for a hernia issue...After a 5 to 8 minute visit, he diagnosed my hernia as…read moresmall and simple...Apparently, that was not the case, because n six months, my hernia has returned...At another exam...This one a bit longer, but not much...He, once again, misdiagnosed the type of hernia I had, and, of course, refused to listen to my concerns about the issue...He ordered a cat scan, which showed that I was right...My hernia had returned...He instructed his nurse to tell me that "Sometimes, hernias just come back"...Yes, his actual words through her...And then sent me a huge bill for his advice? This guy wants to perform as many procedures as possible to make money... This guy doesn't care about his patients, only his wallet and his ego... This guy isn't able to see his own limitations, even when they are pointed out, both evidence and words... This guy thinks that "Hernias sometimes just come back" is an acceptable explanation? Do yourself a favor, friends, and avoid this guy And, I suppose, sadly this surgery center...Any institution that would allow one of its partners to act in the manner in which he does, should be avoided as well...

Maybe it was because it was a Monday, maybe someone had a headache, heck I'll even go as far as to say that maybe the person was sitting on a tack. The attitude was uncalled for and frankly has made me look elsewhere for the care of my son. I had called to see if there was anything else I could give my son other than what I was giving him, standard OTC meds for a sinus cough etc. The receptionist that answered the phone really didn't want to talk to me. She quickly pushed me off and said that a nurse would call me back, which was expected. However, this was at 9 in the morning and by 3 that evening I still hadn't heard back from a nurse. So, we packed up and drove in to either see if I could speak to a nurse personally or see a doctor real quick. I was quickly informed by the same rude receptionist that, "Honey, we are double booked. You see all these names on here? We still have to see them. We ain't got time for him now." Note, there were only two names on the sign in sheet and it wasn't my problem that they double booked. Granted I didn't have an appointment but I didn't expect to be talked to in that fashion either. She went on to then tell me that I should have called and made an appointment, almost as if I should have known that my son would have been as sick as he was. This was on a Monday. I'm writing this review on the following Sunday and I STILL haven't heard back from the nurse yet. Did they know who I was when I called? Yep! Did they know who I was when I walked in? Nope! Absolutely NO excuse for not returning a phone even if it's to simply say, you'll need to come in.

Dr. Baxter is one of the most caring understanding doctors we have ever met. One of my children has had a lot of health issues and they were wonderful helping me figure everything out and were always there when we needed them. I would never take my children anywhere else! When you are reading these reviews keep in mind that people don't often write reviews when things are good or even great because it takes extra "effort". Effort that people are ALWAYS willing to put in when they are angry.

I'm a traveling Vet patient and had some paperwork issues that the office staff was proactive in finding a solution. As I was waiting to be seen I saw all the personal relationships with office staff and therapy techs had with their patients. They treated them all like family members and paid extra attention to the children. I go for acupuncture and he is very deliberate to my needs on that day. I always leave feeling better and it maintains me for a pain free lifestyle. I have had a career that is physically damaging to my body and it is a relief that I can go somewhere that they care and make sure I can function in a normal way.
