Best agent ever! We…read morefirst had a meeting in his office to get a feel for each other, discuss what our budget was, what our house requirements were, and the actual steps involved in the home buying process. Keith was professional, personable and friendly while also being informative and realistic about what we could/couldn't have within our budget. We left that first meeting excited and hopeful about finding our home. By the following week we had access to our own MLS listing portal which would remain active for one month with houses selected for us within our chosen parameters. From there we were able to ask questions about the property via the portal, add it to our Favorites list, or even email Keith directly to get more information or request a viewing. Keith did not show the houses himself, as he has a team working for him. One of his agents, Nick, took us around and we were able to talk with him openly, he gave us a lot of tips, advice. We felt very comfortable with him from the get go. Once we found our home and made our offer to Keith, Keith was always there for us, taking calls, checking emails, replying to emails usually within the day or the next day, latest. He was a fast communicator, and we never felt as if we were ignored or in the dark about anything. He was also incredibly helpful in referring us to lawyers and inspectors. I always felt as if he was on our side, going to bat for us when there were some delays before closing. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I was very nervous about looking for a home, as being a first time buyer I found the entire process overwhelming. I was concerned about finding an agent who would take us seriously, be available for questions or concerns. I only regret we didn't see him more than a handful of times, but I know if we ever need to look for more properties I would turn to him first. Definitely recommend!

The realtor had just left and turned around and said that he closed early due to the rain. Um, what rain?? It hadn't even begun to rain. So I said that it wasn't even raining. His next comment was "well you waited until the last minute". Excuse me? Last minute? There was still half an hour left. Last minute would have been 3:50. So he asked if he wanted to see the house and I told my boyfriend to forget it, the realtor is obviously not interested in selling and we are bothering him so let's go. He then said that he would show us the house, told him to forget it since we are obviously bothering him and he doesn't seem interested. He said fine and drove off. Realtor is Michael Satchell. Called his boss today and explained what happened. She said she would call me back and speak with him. She did call back and Micheal told her that he spoke to the homeowners who told him that if it started to rain he could close early and that he offered to show us the house but we declined. Again, I explained that it WASN'T raining yet and that we declined to see the house because he acted as if he was being bothered. She also told me that he was just getting over the flu. Well 1- he could have explained that, we would have understood, 2- if that was the case, he should have cancelled the open house or find another realtor to do it. He was completely unprofessional. I would have been more understanding if you said you weren't feeling well then huffing and puffing cause we showed up at 3:30 and you wanted to leave. She offered to have someone different show us the house, but why would I want to do business with you? I have told a few people about what happened and when I tell them what the agency is, they all tell me to stay away from Weichert. Now I see why. I can't speak for all of Weichert, but I would definitely stay away from this realtor in particular, he's a liar as to what he told his boss so who knows what else he will tell potential buyers/sellers

Donna Warters is aggressive, professional and pushy but this women will get your house sold. We…read moreinterviewed other agents and based on what they said, I was discouraged and started thinking about walking away from the mortgage. I told them how much I needed to pay off the mortgage. They all suggested a starting list price that was lower than I could've taken even if I wanted to. They were very nice, with many compliments but told me my house would never appraise for what I was asking (and buyers wouldn't be approved for mortgages that high). Then I met Donna. She was blunt and maybe a bit intimidating. She said my location was great, the kitchen/dining area was "special" and the main selling point she'd highlight. When I said I was worried about it appraising for what I needed to get for it, she confidently said something like "you never know what will happen, people have a lot of cash to put down on houses these days, so the appraisal may not mean as much as you think. I can sell this house." I felt she believed what she said. I decided to completely trust her. She made me (mostly) stop worrying and got my focus on getting the house sold. She even advised a higher listing price than I asked for. Donna was bossy from the moment I signed with her, about getting me to do certain things before she listed it. She was right about the urgency of every task, such as getting my basement cleaned out NOW, a railing for the stairs, and a few inexpensive tweaks here and there like curtain changes for lighting. I felt like a train wreck and wondered why she pushed me so hard to get everything done yesterday. i found out why fast. The day of my open house, the house was beautifully staged, much because of her suggestions. I got multiple offers that same day and a bidding war the next day. My house was SOLD under contract just 3 days after she listed it! She suggested which offer had the best chance for closing and told me why, and it wasn't the one I thought best. I trusted her and wow, she is a great negotiator. We got a bit more than the listed price, and the sale closed in 6 weeks. She was constantly communicative and involved during the entire process. She has an assistant who is very reassuring and professional too. Donna is savvy, and I am glad I let her guide the process. She doesn't get your listing for the commission and then disappear. She works for and earns every dollar. Go team Donna and many many thanks.

We had a very difficult time finding a realtor who was willing to take the time to work with us - until we found Surbhi! She was very responsive, patient (with four kids and lots of questions, this is essential!), kind, and helped us finally find a dream rental home that met both our very long list of requirements AND was in our price range. I would not hesitate to recommend Surbhi to anyone else, and there is no one else we'll use when we are ready to find our next home!

I did not know Surbhi or her agency personally starting off, my local agent suggested her. So I was a bit apprehensive to begin with since she was a professional recommendation and not a personal one. I had no idea we would hit the jackpot with Surbhi!! My husband and I lead very busy lives, and we were worried about the impact of real estate hunting on our schedule. Surbhi made it so easy for us. She was very understanding of our time crunch and maximized the use of our time on our many house hunting trips. She was always on-time with a planned agenda, and when things needed to be moved around, got on the phone and rescheduled things for us in a jiffy I have never met a more organized and thorough agent before!!Surbhi helped us with EVERYTHING, from finding a lawyer, to helping with recommendations of financing companies, inspectors, HOA questions, getting on the case of anyone who was stalling at providing us with needed information and making real estate recommendations on narrowing down our search areas. She got us names of contractors for interior and exterior home work and offered great insight on the impact of their work on the home value. Surbhi's extremely professional, very knowledgable on everything real estate related, on-time, always reachable (get's back to you within 5 mins if you text her) and a very nice person to top it off :-) She made house hunting a breeze and kept us in-line reminding us of any documents waiting for our input!! With her help, we are now proud home owners and spoilt rotten with this fabulous experience. I don't want to deal with anyone but Surbhi going forward!!

I was looking for a reasonably priced townhome within a small timespan and she did not disappoint. From my first interaction with her on the phone she educated me about the process of property representation. She was very attentive and protected my interest throughout the process and helped me find the right property for me. Given this was my first time looking at properties and working with an agent, I found Vicci to be very friendly, trustworthy, and dedicated to making sure here clients receive the best treatment and finding that dream property.
