My husband and I felt that we were not represented or protected by our agent at all. We were presented and accepted an offer with a conventional loan. 2-3 weeks into the process during the appraisal(when buyer's agent, Ron Piergaro, was present) twice I heard the appraiser use the term "FHA" As soon as they left I texted Dawn regarding this and wanted an answer as to why this appraisal was for an FHA loan when we clearly accepted a conventional loan offer. She avoided answering me for more than 24 hours when I had to contact my attorney. The buyer's agent is an agent in her office and he clearly knew what was going on and quick call or text would have settled the issue. No one would answer me or my attorney for more than 24 hours. Were the buyers applying for an FHA loan without my consent or not? Answer: YES they tried to switch loan types without consent or an addendum to the contract. How does this happen? Where was my agent? Why was she not following this process? After this issue was settled and we continued on with the process, 4 days before the closing...FOUR DAYS, buyers attorney sends an addendum to the contract. Buyers shorted second deposit and lender would not close without an addendum. Again...where was agent? How does this happen? Who knew this happened? Buyers agent, buyers attorney, my agent? Total unprofessionalism all the way around. I felt it was my job to do her job. My house sold itself in one day and the realtors walked away with a big commission check and we felt we had to do all the follow up. I would never, ever recommend Dawn or Century 21 Golden Post.

Tom feels that the comfort of the subjects is important, so we decided to do an outdoor shoot at the park in the neighborhood where they grew up. The shots were classy, true and fun. I am more than pleased with the results and they were a big hit with everyone who got one. Tom uses an easy method for getting you your pics. He sets up a web page where you can view all shots and order them however you wish ( mugs, cards, photos, digital, etc) . With one click, a picture will be in your hands within hours. The overall experience with Tom, was one that I can't say enough good things about.
