The most frustrating experience was having a scheduled showing canceled shortly before the appointment due to the unit allegedly going under contract. Despite there being other units in the building, no alternatives were presented. Overall, I did not feel that there was a meaningful effort to help me find a rental, which made the experience quite disappointing. As a review below I can relate to the experience of dismissiveness and lie about properties when it's a smaller commission. I hope this constructive criticism helps this agency because if you can't built honest trust with your clients they will not return when they are ready to splurge more on a rental, home, or any other property.

The house was in a very desirable neighborhood, and we knew we had to act fast. Keith drew up an offer and presented it to the seller's realtor that Tuesday morning and they accepted it by the afternoon. It should be noted that there were multiple offers being submitted that afternoon for the same house by other realtors however Keith was prompt and diligent with his follow-up and we ended up getting the house. The renter they found and took a months commission for, due to a emergency needs to cancel the lease after being in our home for less than 3 months. So we reached out to Luxury and asked if they would help us find new replacement renter or at least prorate their fee we paid, they said since we are not using them monthly that we will have to pay again to find a new renter! To me that is wrong. I called another prop manager to run this scenario and they said not a good practice. Wish we went with PMI instead because they said they would have made this right. Anyway if Luxury thinks it is the right thing to do charge a whole month rent for a renter that stays 3 months that tells me so much.
