Kayla will listen to what your needs are, and then expertly take care of you. I have had areas that bothered me for years, (neck/shoulder knots) and they are no longer a problem. Her studio is very peaceful and calming, as is Kayla herself. But don't be fooled, she has some seriously strong hands! I, personally, like a deep tissue massage, and Kayla delivers!
